Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life happens and plans may change. 💕
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
To respect my time and keep appointments available for all clients, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and will be blocked from booking any future appointments.
Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments without successfully completing a scheduled service may also lose future booking privileges.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies.
All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
